We live in an age where the grace of God has caused many to take God and sin lightly.   It is crucial that we really understand what it means to be in awe and deep respect of a perfect and holy God.   This alone will revolutionize the sloppy way in which we all are prone to overlook and justify the many daily sins.   But more than anything it is at the core of our need to glorify God in our thinking and believing.   It is an essential foundation to our trusting God fully.

In this class we start with Matt 23 as an example of being religious, but not doing what matters most to God as an example of NOT fearing God.   Then we go through a number of verses showing the connection between Fearing God and doing what honors him.
