Finding Healing and Connection Through Yoga: “And we were sharing very vulnerable parts of ourselves, and everybody is loving and accepting each other for who they were and not who they were trying to be.”
The Power of Your Inner Circle: “You know, they always say you’re the, what is it? The 5 people you spend the most time with are usually a reflection of who you are as well.”
The Entrepreneurial Mindset: “Nobody that has ever hosted a retreat, myself included, is doing it for the profit, but it’s the only way to sustain your business instead of operating an extensive hobby.”
Embracing Change and Serving Others: “This is a test from the universe and I I’m I’m like firm and that I don’t want to do that anymore. And so I will take this time and create a service for the people that were requesting it, sort of giving me a purpose, like you said, filling a need.”
Viral Topic – Women Supporting Women: “It’s like we really get to know each other, and it’s just a lot of women supporting women and business owners supporting business owners.”
Step Outside Your Comfort Zone: “I want everybody to try something that kind of terrifies them. I want them to like step outside of their comfort zone with a supportive group of people around them and also have that pause like I did where all of your responsibility is taken care of because we have a personal chef.”
Finding Your Path: “I just started doing things that interested me and kinda scared the hell out of me.”
Vulnerability with Strangers: “It’s usually easier to tell a stranger something like some secret or something vulnerable because they don’t know anything about you.”
Navigating International Travel During Uncertain Times: “I found these telehealth tests that were accepted by PSA. And so we were able to as long as we had Wi Fi tests at our venue, we didn’t have to, like, ship everybody to, like, a health centre or anything like that.”
Tropical Storm Chaos: “We got stuck in a tropical storm… it was, like, the worst rain storm they had had in, like, 13 years or something.”
