Radio and TV broadcaster Fearne Cotton talks about the power of finding your voice.

Having worked as a presenter for over 20 years, Fearne details her journey in becoming more comfortable with who she is. A big part of being in that comfortable state, she says, was found through being open and speaking her truth.

In recent years, her openness has seen Fearne share details of the anxiety and panic attacks she experiences. Sitting down with Eve, she details what she does to manage these situations and the strength she’s gained from her journey.
