Tracing Owls

Fearsome Creatures of Curiosity 4: Humparoo

Listen Later

This perpetually beached whale marsupial likes to live on the edge! ...the water's edge that is. It can neither swim nor walk, but it can certainly stay put, keeping its head dipped into the water to breathe.

Why does a whale have gills, you ask??? It is because lumberjacks were never the best anatomical experts! Neither is Cassie. But hey, at least she gave it a pouch to carry its young!
