Linda helps people suffering with the pain and restrictions of arthritis to regain mobility and limit their pain so that they may enjoy their life again. She has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and has spent many years working with the developmentally disabled as direct care on up to being an administrator of two large group homes for 11 years. She was later a federal ISP advocate for the state of Hawaii’s DD population, bringing greater health oversight to that system before training in holistic health and massage. She specializes in seniors and the disabled. Linda is a senior herself. Linda authored “The ‘S.P.I.R.I.T.’ Method of Massage for Seniors … Raising the Bar“, following up on her article 'Pain and Posture From the Feet Up' in “101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health”. She has taught senior massage classes from her book, provided care giver training, and spoken to groups on health/safety topics including a training for Orange County SCE.
