Portia Zaire a native of East Cleveland currently living in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Graduated from Shaw high in 2000, Cleveland State University in 2007 with Bachelor of Science in nursing, and University of Phoenix in 2010 with Masters of Science in nursing education.   Zaire's Heart vision came from her heart to give and spend most of her time helping family and friends. There were a series of tragedies in her family and life that caused her to reevaluate her goals, dreams and purpose. It also allowed her time to get intimate with God.    The purpose of Zaire's Heart is to provide scholarships to inner city students for college and to provide community service opportunities.   Tune in October 15th 6 pm EST. as Host Diandra talks to Portia about Zaire's Heart, and the opportunities she is making happen for the youth in her community.
