In this series, we’re breaking down each letter in ENTREPRENEUR. We’re discussing the various characteristics and principles we can apply.  What does the Bible say about entrepreneurship? Are there examples in the bible we can follow? 

In today’s episode, The 3 RnR’s of the Preneur we discover 

  • Risk Takers- is a personality trait that's worth mentioning over and over again. Not allowing uncertainty and potential failure keep you from doing what needs to be done. 
  • Resilience - James Dyson of Dyson Vacuums spent five years working on a prototype and built more than 5000  of them before it became a household name.  This type of resilience is a must-have for entrepreneurs. 
  • Receptive - Receptive to constructive criticism. Which helps us look outside of ourselves and gain new insight.  Script Ref. Proverbs 15:31-33 “If you listen to constructive criticism, you will be at home among the wise. If you reject discipline, you only harm yourself; but if you listen to correction, you grow in understanding. ... Instead, it channels the existing criticism so that it can turn into something of value."
