Scripture Reading (0:00–3:42):
Proverbs Chapter 11 (NLT)
Key Scriptures & Reflection Questions (3:43–6:13):
Proverbs 11:11 — “Upright citizens are good for the city and make it prosper, but the talk of the wicked tears it apart.”
Reflection Question: God, how can I live in a way that is good for my city and helps my community flourish?
Proverbs 11:25 — “The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.”
Reflection Question: God, how can I live in Your generosity so that I may refresh others and share Your love?
Prayer (6:14–7:31):
O God, without whose beauty and goodness our souls are unfed, without whose truth our reason withers, consecrate our lives to Your will, giving us such purity of heart, such depth of faith, and such steadfastness of purpose, that in time we may come to think Your own thoughts after You; through Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen.
Collect for holy thought, from the Book of Common Prayer.
