Jacob spent his life running from his brother, from his past, and from the consequences of his own sin. But in Genesis 33, we see the day he finally stopped.

This passage is a powerful reminder that sorrow over sin is meant to lead us somewhere, not into shame, but into repentance. And when repentance is real, God does not respond with rejection; He responds with grace. In this message, we’ll see how God’s mercy transforms fear into peace and guilt into worship, and how true repentance is not trusting our efforts to fix what we’ve broken, but turning fully to the finished work of Jesus Christ.
