The Bible is full of examples – examples of love and faithfulness, of honor and virtue; but more than we are aware of, the Bible is full of anti-examples, as well.  It is not a Book just of heroes and triumphs; it is a tale of real, raw humanity – flawed, selfish, broken, and foolish.  And we can learn just as much from these anti-examples as from their faithful counterparts; we can learn what to do by watching and learning what not to do. During this four-week series about the Bible’s “Worsts”, we will engage the gritty reality of the human condition through provoking, grace-filled, and even humorous conversations. “The Worst Excuse” based on the scripture from Exodus 32:19-24.
