Scripture Reading (0:00–2:34):

Proverbs chapter 5 (NLT)

Reflection Questions & Highlighted Scriptures (2:35–5:15):

Proverbs 5:3–4 — “For the lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil. But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword.”

Reflection Question: God, how can I be more mindful of and disciplined toward the real temptations I face in my life right now?

Proverbs 5:21 — “For the Lord sees clearly what a person does, examining every path they take.”

Reflection Question: God, how can I reflect Your wisdom more in the decisions I have to make today, both big and small?

Prayer (5:16–6:23):

Almighty and eternal God, so draw our hearts to You, so guide our minds, so fill our imaginations, so control our wills, that we may be wholly Yours, utterly dedicated to You. Then use us, we pray, as You will, and always to Your glory and the welfare of Your people; through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Prayer of self-dedication from the Book of Common Prayer (Collect 9).

Outro (6:24–6:56):
