Title: In Your Light We Shall See.

We have been encountering different episodes and unique people in the life of Christ. This week in the Christian calendar is where the story of the Transfiguration is explored. There is a definitive turning point in the gospel story after this event. Up to this point, Jesus is moving up the mountain and His popularity is on the rise. People seem fascinated with what is happening around them. All of this reaches a climax at Mount Tabor, and then there is a steep descent down. The season of Lent is a little like walking with Jesus in this downward spiral toward the cross. Plan to be with us for this strange engagement between Jesus, Moses, and Elijah.
