We look at the moves from the Fed and their decision to cut 50 BPS. What that means for us as investors and consumers, why we should pay attention and how it differs from Treasury yields.
How the Fed Funds rate differs from the 10 year yield and why mortgage rates aren't dropping as fast as the Fed funds rate. What the Fed rate means for consumers.
Typically we look at growth stocks, industrials and financials in this environment but many of them seem over valued to me at this point. Home builders have already rallied and I don't believe in chasing the trend. We dive into the market to find some plays that make sense at this point in time. Have some stocks that you are buying?
