Rudy Giuliani has failed in court yet again - this time in spectacular fashion. Giuliani had filed a lawsuit claiming President Joe Biden had defamed him in a 2020 presidential debate. Yet, after Biden's lawyer objected to Rudy's failure to prove personal jurisdiction to bring the lawsuit, Rudy "failed to object to the motion." The federal judge went on to rule that "Giuliani has utterly failed to carry this burden," and dismissed the case.
