Federalist Papers. President Trump enjoys saying he's a student of history, and you might say he's familiar with America's way-back documents. While on the campaign trail for the presidency, Mr. Trump often said he wanted to reduce the Federal Government, and in principle, this has been a long-debated argument regarding power over state rights. By any measurement, the 36 trillion Federal debt is an abuse of power and threatens every man, woman, and child.
