It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! A few months ago, I took the drive down to Los Angeles to attend an IEEM conference, Simply Italian Great Wines. 

Today I am sharing the recording of the Master class about Federdoc. This consorzio is a Voluntary Consortia National Confederation for the Protection of the Italian Wines Designations that was established in 1979. The conversation highlights the traceability and regulation of Italian DOC wines, with a focus on Franciacorta DOC.
