"You are what you eat", is such a simple phrase. Yet it rings out with great truth. What you continually feed on will eventually determine the course of your life. If you feed on good, healthy, and enriching things, your life will be strong and vibrant. However if you choose to feed on negative things, your life will be consumed with darkness. We get to choose the course of our own lives everyday. So instead of feeding on worldly negativity let's feed of Jesus. He is the ultimate good! Consuming His word will surely transform your life forever. This message is part 9 in the series "Focus On Christ".
