It's a great book, but I disagree with some of it.
As the leader of a company, you have to eat first.
You've taken the risks.
Accepted responsibility for the pressure of everything that happens in that company.
Invited people and other families to join your organization.
When you step on the plane, one of the instructions is in the event of an emergency, you place your oxygen mask on first before placing it on young children.
The logic is, if you can't take care of yourself first, you can't take care of anyone else.
Let this be a lesson.
It's not because you're greedy, or more important than, but if the leader of a company cannot pay his bills from the hard work they've put in, what's the point in having a company?
Think on it.
Live it.
