Dr. Shelton “Dennis” Baker will be sharing with us his strategy on how to change the paradigm of feedback in medical education,  from “giving” to “guiding” by using the ARCH model.

The model is designed to assist in creating a true partnership between the teacher and the learner, while simultaneously building the learner’s abilities to become a life-long, self-regulated health-care provider.
