In episode 8 Cameron and James invite Nikki Ayers to take a seat with them. Nikki is an Australian para rower who has recently engaged in her first Paralympic games. 



Nikki has been dreaming of representing Australia since her childhood. She was even willing to create her own sport to do it. Following a life-changing incident, Nikki was provided with an oar-some opportunity that she took with both hands. This episode has something for everyone, with take-home messages and inspirations throughout.
