Manifesting has become a popular word to use these days but what is it really?
The truth is we are manifesting things constantly. Your emotional vibrations, thoughts and emotional levels help things come into light. If your emotions are lining up with things you want then you will get the things you want. If your emotions are lining up with things you don’t want then you’ll get the things that you don’t want.
Gabby Bernstein had an audiobook that I recently listened to called How to Release Anxiety. An important take away was a question that I now ask myself daily. The question was “Anxiety, what do you need today?” That worked for me but you could replace the word anxiety here with a word that works for you. For you it could be anxiety, depression, sadness, grief or loss. What does it need? The next step is important. You need to deal with whatever you are hearing as the answer. When you do you are going to feel relief on the other side.
