This is an extension of the work that I introduced in Episode 66, and I address how that 5-Step Model can help us navigate any challenge. I discuss what it actually looks like to embrace the F line of feeling, as well as how avoiding or resisting feeling entirely (which is what most of us do) doesn’t serve us.
