Here I am, doing what I do. Healing through music. This mix flows through the range of feelings I've worked through over the past month or so. Music is my emotional medicine, the conduit through which I fully process life's challenges (and triumphs, too!)

I'm grateful to have been gifted with this ability, rather than becoming stuck in place or avoiding the feelings all together, as many do. Around here, we go at those feelings head-on, dance through them, and let them go 🕊.

Everything in life is temporary, especially emotions.
