R- Recognize
A- Allow
I- Investigate
N- Nurture
When we can bring a loving presence to what we are feeling in the moment, even when it’s difficult or unpleasant, we can learn how to soften without the need to judge our emotions, try to change or fix them or make them go away. By the end you will have cultivated a lightness towards yourself and feel deeply heard and seen.
