I've had times in my life that I've pleaded for answers to prayers and tried really hard to find peace and refuge from the storms of life. I just wanted to know that God heard me and had a plan for me.
When we're caught up in a storm that keeps us swirling and spinning, maybe the answer is to get inside the eye of the storm so that we can stop the spin of our brain and make it possible for God to connect with us.
Sometimes God is reaching out for us, but our brains are so cluttered, anxious, stressed, and emotions spinning that we don't recognize the simple ways He shows up for us.
