In this week’s episode I share the messages I received from Spirit when they woke me up one night at 4:44am.

The messages were surrounding the emotions and experiences of ‘Feeling Human’. For me personally, I’ve always struggled in feeling into my ‘human-ness’ and at times making conscious decisions of unhealthy destruction just so I could feel what others told me was human, so i could feel this sense of belonging that also people spoke about.

Follow me on this episode as I share parts of my personal life and why now I embrace my spiritual being wholly. I’m at peace with not feeling human at times or a sense of belonging; I am a human who feels into her soul.
