Hello, I'm Carla Veras and this is the first episode of Bend & Snap, in which I talk about feeling lesser; feeling like we are less than everyone else, that we deserve less or that can't amount as much as anyone. I don't even know if feeling "lesser" is a thing, but that's how I described my feelings lol. I basically talk about my experience comparing myself to people around me, and finding myself in a position where I feel like I'm less than everyone.
