The soul-level knowledge when we are babies is fully on board saying this is who I am and I am going to give things a go-ahead. I am going to learn all I can and I am going to push myself. As we grow up we forget that information and we now need to learn supportive life strategies and infuse some humor so that we can connect with our intuitive and psychic sense and your soul knowing. All of this requires some patience and some baby steps which I call micromovements.
