Becoming someone who takes action is like building a muscle - it happens bit by bit. Set a doable plan and then stick to it. Make it so achievable that your brain scoffs a little bit.

And then see all your nonsense come up. All the things that you are telling yourself to do instead. This is the work.

It keeps you going. It builds you stronger every single time you show up. You know you're going to do it - so in your mind that task is as good as done. The workout? It's going to happen. The post? It's going to be written.
