Sleepy after you ate? Start doing this to gain energy, resilience and brain power.
It took me 46 years to figure this out. Some may call me a fool, ignorant or a sucker. Well, I've been called worse, and it's not true. You can't be hold a fool if you don't know what you don't know.
After 46 years I discovered that I have been living inside a cloud. A stuffy cloud, that made me see the world in a certain way, in a limited way. But it was my reality. An ant has no idea 10km ahead there is another world, because he doesn't know any better.
6 months ago I discovered that by changing a daily habit, I increased cognitive functions. The fog in my head cleared, without me knowing I ever had a fog in my head. I started seeing more, beautiful and bright views. I had focus all of a sudden. I could remember more, have a stable energy flow throughout the day, and won't feel sleepy anymore after lunch or diner.
