I’ll bet you thought you had it ALL under control didn’t you? Yep, I did too. Y’all, this healing journey is never ending, it takes an intentional and consistent mindset. In this episode, I talk about feelings and emotions after they have been re-triggered yet again. Specifically, I share my triggers of mild anxiety and PTSD that I have experienced within the past two weeks. My triggers are related to my job, of which I love immensely. The foundation though, the foundation of my recent triggers are inspired by past childhood trauma. Let’s talk about it.
