We're back after a (too long) hiatus and we're talking baseball as two members of the UVMtv Executive Board, Emmet Moeykens and David Leavitt join me to chat about a webs series they're producing that focuses on UVM club baseball.

In the first of what we hope will be a recurring segment I'm joined by three members of UVM's student media groups to discuss a movie about media. This week Ayelet Kaminski and Molly Parker of the Vermont Cynic and Adalia Williams of UVMtv join me to discuss 1998's The Truman Show, staring Jim Carrey.

To kick off the new semester we visit with Liam O'Connor-Genereaux, a 2021 graduate of UVM, and the Director and writer of the feature film The Butterfly Queen.

Liam describes his movie, which has been shown at a variety of festivals, as a "Queer Rural Fantasy Adventure," a refreshingly unique genre and a departure from being force-fed the same Marvel movie over and over again.

In this episode of Fellow Cats we visit with one of the two students who will serve as Co-Editor in Chief of the Vermont Cynic in the fall, Eamon Dunn.
