In today's episode, Penny is chatting with Jade-Kelsie Wolfenden. Jade is an IFBB pro bodybuilder in the bikini category. Her journey to stage started at a young age after finding out her mum used to compete.  The road to stage isn't easy it takes a lot of hard work and determination.
