The For Reals Tho! podcast is devised by 2 professional, extraordinary American women who have been friends for 25 years. Professionally, Jessica comes from a legal background while Amanda is medically trained. We provide different perspectives, opinions, and values, but we have a common mission.  

We are passionate about supporting women!! We want to empower them to get REAL with themselves and their life and OWN who they are! We want to support and cheer other women on while sharing the wisdom we have learned. 

In this podcast, we will share lessons, stories, advice, and resources to guide you on your journey to become a more empowered woman. In addition, we will host other amazing women who can offer additional insight and support to women in all aspects of life.

Our goal is to help women feel more inspired and confident in their everyday life.  We want to normalize the common struggles we go through as women so you can understand that you aren’t alone.  Many women feel like you, look like you and experience the same things as you!
