Based in Mumbai, Neha is an Ayurvedic health and weight loss coach for women. Neha herself achieved freedom from food- She went from weighing over 200 pounds and unable to touch her toes, to becoming a certified yoga instructor. We talk about her own personal journey and explore the current norms in India regarding male/female roles, sex, dating, break-ups, cheating and marriage.
