To make a great leader one must conquer themselves. According to Neuroscience studies have shown Women's Prefrontal lobes operate & are designed to make great leaders because of their Strong Impulse control, compassion, empathy, collaborative efforts, temperance creativity, and communication skills that rival those of the male. Collectively there's is an immense amount of pressure on the guy to lead when that's not even how their minds naturally operate and work, it will take him some training, discipline, and self-control seeing through the eyes of love to be a good leader. To make a great leader you must conquer yourself.
Normally and realistically women have a larger pool of dating options than men just the way it is. Why do you think successful millionaires are equal to a Woman's beauty?
Because her beauty and energy are currency, feminine energy is a commodity. Men knew this at the beginning time of history they would trade in Camels, gold, and expensive rare jewels to earn their family's approval to marry the girl they wanted. Great wars were fought over women, think Cleopatra and so many other historical icons. Women seduced the guy first, with their magnetism, charm, beauty, magical hypnotizing, bewitching seduction, beauty, and body. He likes what he sees and then makes the move.
When the dad fails and divorces the wife, Single mothers have no choice but to tap into the leadership role of nurturing successful women who have achieved both gender roles. The household care, money, Protection, standing up for what's right, confronting and fulfilling All the male-female's duties and roles to care for the family. Her job is important and not given enough emphasis and attention
Women are not a resource for someone to take advantage of think of your daughters how you will treat them and don’t allow these bad behaviors to run rampant in your life.
You never wanna put to much pressure on one party. There always has to be a balance an equal power exchange dynamic where both parties are complimenting, adding, supplementing and adding to each other lives for the better , like a team.
