Have you ever felt ashamed of your own pleasure? Do you feel like female sexuality is a topic that shouldn't be talked about? Do you want to be more confident in who you are?

In this episode Asti and I explored the shame many women experience about their bodies, sexuality, pleasure and themselves. We talked about a lot of topics that are considered taboo. The purpose of this conversation is to bring these topics to the light because they aren't shameful or taboo, they are the human experience. The more these topics are kept in the shadows the more we will continue the cycle of shame that is present for so many.
