It’s been so long since I’ve done a podcast show and I am so excited to be back for this new weekly series, #FeminineFridays. You may have seen my instagram posts about becoming “That Girl.” Today, I am going to unpack that in this episode.  

And since, its been a while, let’s think of this episode as a commencement. The ending of one season and into a new one of becoming “That Girl”. So, what does that look like? Let’s unpack it.
 

Becoming That Girl

1. {0:34} Becoming that girl is recognizing who and whose you are, that you are the daughter of a King and that there is greatness and purpose inside of you no matter what your past or pain looks like. God has a great future planned for you! 
    
2. {1:02} This episode marks a commencement for you - the closing of one season and entry into a new season. A part of becoming that girl is having a prophetic perspective of your future. Many years ago the enemy tried to convince me that I would never be happy, married, or have children until I had a radical encounter with Jesus. I had to continue to go to the presence and be in a strong community of women to keep a prophetic perspective about my future, and I want the same for you :) 
    
3. {3:17} Take courage. It’s time to forget the former things and embrace the new. It takes courage to say, “God thank you for this chapter in my life, but I want to be ushered into my next,” it takes courage to realize you’re not around the right people, and it takes courage to put yourself out there and find the right people. I know how hard that can be and I want to invite you to my brand new community of women who are ready to become “that girl”.
