We spend a little time discussing the latest shooting at a bank in Louisville, Kentucky and then discuss the Tennessee legislature's ridiculous behavior, expelling the (now reinstated) black lawmakers, Justin Jones and Justin J. Pearson. Then we rant about the new reports that the unethical Justice Thomas has been gifted jet-setting and super-yacht luxury vacations with conservative billionaire / Nazi memorabilia collector Harlan Crow for over 20 years without disclosing any of it. WTAF. And then we get into the hugely concerning ruling by a Trump appointed judge which undermines 23 years of legal use of Mifepristone. What a shit show. It's probably the most significant setback for reproductive health since Roe was overturned last year. 

It's official! A single solitary consequence! Trump was handed a criminal indictment for mishandling campaign funds for Stormy Daniels hush money. He was charged with 34 felony charges of falsifying business records. The party of law and order... We also discuss the continuing tragedy of gun violence in U.S. schools in the wake of the Nashville shooting and the results of the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.

We cannot wait. We keep refreshing Twitter and the New York Times. Will Trump be handed a criminal indictment for mishandling campaign funds for Stormy Daniels hush money?? Will he finally face one single consequence for his actions? We need to know. We also spend a few minutes discussing the potential ban of Tik Tok in the U.S. if it poses a national security risk.
