Psalms 78:41
Yes, again and again they tempted God, And limited the Holy One of Israel.
The limitation is our thinking.
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you.
“As we think, we change the physical nature of our brain. As we consciously direct our thinking, we can wire out toxic patterns of thinking and replace them with healthy thoughts.” -Dr. Caroline Leaf
Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Our heart thinking creates fence lines in our lives.
Proverbs 4:23
Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
Once you draw a conclusion about yourself, you’re likely to do two things; look for evidence that reinforces your belief and discount anything that runs contrary to your belief.
Big Idea:
Our heart thinking builds a fence line, and God will only farm to that fence line. -Kelly Stickel
