Amid concerns over a massive black hole in its finances, ICBC says it's paid enough already for repairing a rare Ferrari which collided with a pole in 2012.  According to court documents posted online ICBC has paid 790 thousand for it to be fixed, even though an arbiter found the car has a cash value of 696 thousand.  In a statement to Global News, ICBC says the car has been repaired.
