You ever wonder why you cant forgive the answer is you don't know how to articulate how you feel. It's tuff seeing someone happy when they've  done you wrong or to see them happy with someone else when they have did you dirty. Just because you were the mat that led them to happiness doesn't mean you have to stay there. Don't sit in it, get up and free yourself it's okay.
