Directed, produced, and starring Clint Eastwood this movie is one hell of a ride. A Korean war veteran is stubborn in his ignorant and racist views on Asian people until he forms a bond with a boy named Thao after he tries to steal his coveted Gran Torino car. Lured into stealing it by his cousin, nicknamed Spider, Thao eventually works off his debt with Walt, who is played by Clint Eastwood, and he shows Walt the traditions of the Hmong culture and quite possibly turns his views around.
