Chelsea Spicer is fresh up and coming DJ born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She moved to Madison, WI in 2012 to begin a new venture. Shortly after being introduced to the Milwaukee/Madison underground two years ago, her passion for industrious techno beats was ignited and her music journey began. Although still finding her way she likes to throw down heavy techno influenced by the roots of the Wisconsin underground.
