What’s Hot!
Fiddle Leaf Fig plants are what’s hot right now. If you are on any photo sharing website and looking at home decor then I bet you have seen a Fiddle Leaf Fig in the background you just might not have known it. They have giant leafs that can instantly give a room color, life, and complete it all together. I should warn you, they are a little tricky to keep. So if real plants aren’t your thing then you can get a large faux Fiddle Leaf Fig plant for your home. If you want an easier real plant for you home to welcome spring I really recommend the snake plant also known as the mother-in-laws tongue. It needs water every few weeks not that much sunlight which makes them so tolerante for many owners.
Tip of the Day-
When you are selling your home get greenery and put it in your home. Get house plants that you like and can move with you to your next home, on your kitchen table or island a big bowl of green apples and at the front door nothing beats the curb appeal and welcoming someone to your home like two giant boston ferns! Buyers, if you are in a rental get a house plant and enjoy it in your rental and then bring it with you to your new home. It will instantly give warmth to your new space!
Truth or Fail-
If all agents were forced to wear a warning label, what would yours say?
