Meteorologist Brad Field is predicting the latest storm could cause big problems along the I-84 corridor.  Field is predicting that if the precipitation turns to rain on top of the snowfall, the rain could freeze on contact.  Throw in 40 MPH winds and it could lead power outages, especially for interior Connecticut.
