Field Trip #1: Chance

For their first off-campus Field Trip, Kristen and Mike head over to Los Angeles to check out Amber Benson's "Chance". Chance (played by Benson), is having trouble getting the "right" men to cling to her. Those she wants to stay disappear, while those she only wants sleep with stick around like old chewing gum. In this non-linear timeline, Chance and her roommate Simon (played by James Marsters) reunite her parents, find a dead body in their apartment, and generally fail at dating. Kristen and Mike attempt to watch this 2002 indie film while keeping in mind early 21st century gender roles. We write our own deleted scenes, and of course we reminisce about field trips in general.
