Very often really powerful women  and men can have good things happening in their businesses, but be  holding themselves back. Sometimes we don't give ourselves permission to  do what we want to do or admit when we've outgrown something. In order  to get to the next level, who you have been or what you've been known  for in the past has to go way to make room for this new chapter.
