This week's conversation focuses on one of the frustrating parts of being a guide dog owner: having to face access refusals from places such as shops and restaurants. Although facing a refusal is not fun, I had the best time recording this episode and discussing this topic with the wonderfully witty Dave Kent. This interview was very open, honest and informative.
