Several years ago, I was at the airport and got my shoes shined prior to boarding. I normally tip 20%, but I tipped this guy 100% as I could see myself in the mirror-finish that he put on my shoes. They literally looked better than they did when they were brand new, and I was beaming at the superb shine he put on them.
